Hiring Katie from Under The Willow Events was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding (second only to marrying my husband!). I was originally skeptical about needing a coordinator, but it was the best choice. Katie went above and beyond in every way—she ran our rehearsal flawlessly, kept everything on track on the big day, and truly was the star of the show behind the scenes. From setting up our s’mores bar to bustling my dress to running every second of the day, she made the whole process feel effortless for us, and I honestly wish I could hire her to organize my everyday life. Our wedding day wouldn’t have been the same without her!

As I was planning my wedding and looking for a coordinator, Katie came as a recommendation from my parents, who encountered her at another family wedding. They absolutely raved about her - how calm she was, how efficient she was, and how she resolved some difficult situations easily, before the wedding party or guests even could realize something needed fixing. So I inquired, and when my (now!) husband and I spoke to Katie on the phone for the first time, we felt like we had been friends our whole lives. Completely down to earth and attentive to YOUR special day and YOUR wants. Katie was available throughout the entire process to just chat/answer questions, even though she was not contractually required to do so. But come wedding day - JUST WOW. Katie made everything so, so flawless and easy and fun. She was everywhere all at once, ensuring that our vision was brought to life. She helped collect everything from the church and from the reception, and absolutely went above and beyond to ensure we had our perfect day. Even our wedding party raved about her because she was just so helpful. When a Bridesmaid forgot items on the limo? Katie saved the day. Need someone to help collect items off the tables? Katie already did that. Need someone to make sure the flowers get from the church to the reception because that’s a detail you forgot to plan? Katie had it covered. Katie was absolutely amazing….if you want a care-free, PERFECT day, Katie is definitely a huge part of making that happen!

Even in the short month we worked with Katie, she proved to be the most thoughtful, kind, and caring wedding planner we could have imagined. Her genuine warmth and incredible dedication left an immediate impact on us, our families, and all of our guests. We truly can't imagine how we would have pulled off our day so beautifully without her. Katie was an absolute joy to work with! She was our month of coordinator for our wedding, and the day would not have gone as smoothly as it did if it wasn't for Katie. She provides super helpful advice and guidance throughout the planning process which was great to have since wedding planning can be extremely overwhelming. She is very organized, professional, efficient, personable, and trustworthy. I initially was not sure if I wanted to spend the money on a coordinator, but I am honestly so glad that I did. Katie Weber is the most talented, friendly, thorough and professional person I think I’ve ever met. We knew we wanted to hire her within 5 minutes of our first phone conversation. I spent my entire wedding day SO GRATEFUL that we did! All of our friends and family kept grabbing us and asking where we got her and what a wonderful decision she was! I don’t even know where to begin. Setup, breakdown, photo coordination, small details, large details, vendors, venue, family, rehearsal, EVERYTHING!!!! There’s not a single thing that Katie missed and I guarantee that our wedding was wonderful because of her hard work. I thought we’d been through every detail (control freaks, DIY freaks, ballin on a budget freaks) but I was BEYOND WRONG!! Katie doesn’t just “know” weddings — she FEELS every detail, intrinsically. My family showed up in the morning with several boxes of STUFF and Katie turned it all into the most beautiful representation of our lives, our love and the lives we brought together. My WIFE(!!!) showed up first and thought Katie might run over to ask questions or give concerns but she just gave directions for the first look. It was obvious from the second we arrived that everything was under control. Katie is easygoing in a way that soothed my own anxiety. I knew that she could handle anything and she really did. All of our silly requests like hiding a plate of my fave food and saving the paper tablecloths our guests colored on were fulfilled with so much love and joy. Truly everything. Katie is someone I will love and cherish for my entire life!!! The best decision you’ll ever make!

Katie. Is. AMAZINGGGGGGG! I truly don’t think I can say enough good things about her or portray how incredibly amazing she is. We used her for month of wedding planning, but she still helped us throughout the entire time of our planning. I spoke with a few coordinators because I only wanted to have the best, while being in budget and feeling like someone actually cared about us. Katie stood out due to her excitement, kindness, and thoughtful questions she asked me about my relationship, the proposal, everything. Throughout planning, she was incredible. She has documents with things you would not think of if you’re not a wedding planner. And I’m a type A person who’s very organized, and I was blown away Wedding day - more amazing than I could have imagined. On my day it poured and we couldn’t stick to the schedule at all. Katie Katie Katie, just wow. She is an absolute gem of a person and it instantly felt like we had been friends for years. We were on the fence about getting a planner and weren’t sure if we could or wanted to fit it in our budget but we took the leap in order to take away some of the wedding day stress. It was THE BEST decision we could have made, she thought of everything and made it happen. We had 2 caterers show up and she handled it without causing any stress to us. We had a vision and she brought it to life. We met a few weeks before the wedding where she went through everything and I mean EVERYTHING, to make sure that I had no worries or concerns. During the rehearsal and the wedding she was our right hand woman and was doing so much behind the scene work. I don’t think I realized how much of that there was before seeing Katie do her thing. Hiring Katie at Under the Willow Events was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. She truly defines what it means to go 'above and beyond.' She was incredibly generous with her time, meeting with us frequently (honestly, more than we expected!), and she was always available anytime we sent a message or email. The planning meetings were actually a highlight for us—we even discovered a great coffee shop together that became our regular spot to sync up. On the wedding day, she kept the timeline strictly on track without ever breaking a sweat. She really shone with the unique, last-minute details—she even hopped in to help move the groomsmen’s gifts (custom Lightsabers!) to their seats so they were ready for dinner. Katie handled it all effortlessly. We are so glad we had her on our team!

I can’t recommend Katie enough! At first, my husband and I were on the fence about hiring a coordinator. After doing my research though I decided that we should hire one. I had so many meetings with a lot of different coordinators but I didn’t feel like they were the one. We had our first consultation with Katie and she was so nice and down to earth that we decided to hire her as our day of coordinator. I couldn’t have made a better decision. Katie really knows the ins and outs in the wedding industry. She thought of things that I didn’t even knew existed. The day of, she executed everything perfectly. There were little hiccups in the day that I didn’t realize even happened until people in our wedding party told us after. We got married 9/27/25 and I cannot rave enough about Katie at Under the Willow Events. She went above and beyond and helped make my wedding a dream come true. Even when hitting her with our slightly untraditional ideas/plans from having some bones in our decorations to having a wedding dance mash up with a lightsaber battle, she was completely on board with it and even excited to help us make our ideas come to life. I didn’t have a single worry or panic on my wedding day because Katie helped it all run so beyond smoothly. She is also such a positive light to have around on your wedding day and just helps bring so much love and joy to the day 😊 10/10 5 stars all around. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

She is your designated BFF, coordinator, decorator, cruise director extraordinaire. I have not seen any situation this woman can’t handle. Katie was a FANTASTIC asset on our wedding day. She was helpful in ways we don't even know about because she was doing such a great job behind the scenes! We ended up doing a lot of work before the wedding with our timeline and setup so we actually felt bad that we didn't utilize her for more of that stuff versus doing it ourselves. However, she still found ways to be exceedingly helpful and gave us great suggestions for things we didnt account for. We highly recommend her if you are looking for a professional, hard-working, helpful, fun and kind wedding coordinator.

Katie was amazing throughout our wedding planning and on our big day. I am the bride who didn't want to do anything with planning and she knew that. She came through with all the suggestions, planning and answering 11pm texts when I was freaking out a month before the wedding.
