Whether you’re envisioning a relaxed coastal gathering or an elegant estate celebration, my goal is simple: to make sure you feel supported, inspired, and completely present for every step of the journey. We’ll ensure your venue is spotless and restored to its original condition after your event. This includes:
- Removing decorations, florals, and signage
- Packing and organizing leftover items for transport
- Sweeping, trash removal, and meeting venue-specific cleanup requirements
Hiring Katie from Under The Willow Events was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding (second only to marrying my husband!). I’m based in Longs and plan weddings across the Grand Strand, from Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet to Pawleys Island and Georgetown.
What I love most about planning in the Grand Strand is the feeling of a built-in getaway. Whether it’s an oceanfront ceremony with sea breeze or a quiet evening under moss-draped live oaks, celebrations here have an ease and warmth to them. I love helping couples turn their wedding day into a true retreat where their favorite people can slow down, soak in the coast, and just celebrate.
