**Day-of coordination services are included with every package. These services include:

  • Deliveries – Receive florals, food, cake, etc.
  • Vendor management – Makeup artist, hair stylist, photographer, videographer, baker, DJ, officiant, photo booth staff, bartender/caterer, décor/supply rental drop off, etc.
  • Wedding party management – assist with pinning boutonnieres, ensure bride + bridesmaids have bouquets, etc.
  • Guest management – Direct guests where to park, sit, and place gifts.
  • The Ceremony  – Organize the recessional and processional, work with the DJ regarding music selection and timing.
  • Post-Ceremony – Assist photographer with shot list, guest management during cocktail hour, check in with caterer to make sure food is progressing properly.
  • Reception – Make sure each events happen according to your predetermined timeline (first dance, parent dances, dinner, toasts, cake cutting, etc.)

CLEAN UP SERVICES

We’ll ensure your venue is spotless and restored to its original condition after your event. This includes:

  • Removing decorations, florals, and signage
  • Packing and organizing leftover items for transport
  • Sweeping, trash removal, and meeting venue-specific cleanup requirements

SET UP SERVICES

 Need an extra hand setting up? Our experienced staff will assist with:

  • Set up of small personal décor before your event
  • Arranging place cards, centerpieces, and signage

TRAVEL FEES

Under the Willow Events reserves the right to apply a standard travel fee for events located more than 40 miles from our base location. This is calculated based on industry standards and released annually. The current mileage fee is $.70/mile for 2025.
