PARTIAL PLANNING

*Typically 6+ months of planning

This package includes all “month-of coordination” services plus:

  • Two (three total) detail meetings
  • Wedding mood-board creation
  • Design & styling assistance
  • Vendor research & recommendations
  • Wedding planning advice & recommendations

FULL PLANNING

*Typically 12+ months of planning

This option includes all “partial planning” services plus:

  • Three (six total) detail meetings
  • Venue touring (if local) & booking assistance
  • Design, styling & décor sourcing
  • Customized wedding planning checklist
  • Budget tracking

**Day-of coordination services are included with every package. These services include:

  • Deliveries – Receive florals, food, cake, etc.
  • Vendor management – Makeup artist, hair stylist, photographer, videographer, baker, DJ, officiant, photo booth staff, bartender/caterer, décor/supply rental drop off, etc.
  • Guest management – Direct guests where to park, sit, and place gifts.
  • The Ceremony  – Organize the recessional and processional, work with the DJ regarding music selection and timing.
  • Post-Ceremony – Ensure photographer executes the list of photos the couple wants taken, guest management during cocktail hour, check in with caterer to make sure food is progressing properly.
  • Reception – Make sure each event happens according to your predetermined timeline (first dance, dinner, toasts, cake cutting, etc.)
